Happily Homed Hounds - Darcy

Darling Darcy (Cooladerry Dime) had been in a home for a few months, when a change in circumstances meant she needed to find her new Happy Ever After. On her first morning back at kennels, we were visited by Tony and Jenny, who had come for a 'furfix'. Tony said repeatedly that they had no intention of taking a dog home that day - they were just looking.....well Darcy had a very different idea, using the famous 'Greydar' to make them fall in love with her there and then.

After a lovely walk and lots of cuddles, it was decided that Darcy would go home with them on a foster basis, to see how they got on. All our hounds leave us on a Foster to Adopt basis, giving both hound and humans time to adjust and ensure the best possible match is made. Once home, Darcy proved herself to be clean, loving and comical. Tony and Jenny now wouldn't be without her. Congratulations Darcy - we're so happy for you all.
