Lily is described as very nervous, particularly of men, cars, and new environments. She is hesitant to walk and needs to be lifted into cars.
She is hesitant of men walking by, noises, wind, scooters, zimmer frames and prams.
Lily's Progress and Improvements:
Increased Confidence: Over time, Lily shows improvement. She becomes more confident during walks, especially with other dogs around.
Positive Interactions: She is more comfortable with women and other dogs. She enjoys looking out the car window and likes to stop and observe.
Developing Trust: She starts to trust her handler and stays close, looking back to make sure they are still there.
Tail Up and Calm: By her last walk out, her tail is up, indicating happiness, and she walks calmly in a straight line, showing significant progress.
Overall, Lily's journey started as a fearful and anxious dog to one that is gaining confidence and becoming more comfortable in her surroundings; long may this continue.
