Remember that all of our greyhounds are NeuteredVaccinated Microchipped and ready to meet their loving new family. Could it be you?
Shy girl Sherri (Sheriff Glen) has been retired a few weeks now and is our latest addition at Home Run Hounds.
We have been working on her shyness and Sherri is very definitely emerging from her shell. She has a tendency to bark at people she doesn't know, but with a gentle approach, soft voice and lots of cuddles, Sherri now soon realises that it is OK to allow her human 'slaves' to pet her.
With the making of a most loyal and loving pet, Sherri's ideal home would be a quiet one, where she can snuggle up with her new humans. She shares her kennel space with a male, without incident but would prefer to be a single dog, so that she can be completely adored. Unable to live with children and most other pets, Sherri enjoys the quiet life and the 'safety' of her own space.
At Home Run Hounds, we do not age discriminate on adoptions and a more mature household, where she can relax and enjoy the affection on offer would suit her well. At 4 years old, with her sleeky black coat and pretty face (with a few silver sprinkles), Sherri is ready to find her Happy Ever After.
Could it be with you ? Please get in touch if you would like more details on this gentlest of girls.
