All About SOLO (SOLO PRIMERO)

Solo is very sweet with her humans, greeting her walker with gentle kisses and a lovely waggy tail.  On her walks Solo is calm and easy to handle - although watch out for the squirrels - you’ll know if one is nearby as Solo will demonstrate her best dance moves.   She is a foodie, so is easily distracted with treats.

Solo is generally ok with other breeds but has been known to have a grumble or two if they come too close - she can be the same with her fellow Greys, so we think she is just selective!  Due to this, she is better suited to a family where she is the only pet.

One of our volunteers took Solo on an overnight foster and gave us the following report: “We collected Solo on Saturday morning for an overnight stay, it was only a short drive for us but she traveled well in the rear of the car. She's the sweetest girl that could not get enough fuss and cuddles from us all, including my 10 year old daughter. A walk into a busy Stourbridge high street on the afternoon was taken in her stride, she was good on the lead and was able to wait patiently in the queue to grab a coffee and a treat! Solo seemed to enjoy the attention from members of the public even giving a 'lean' to a lucky few. A few close encounters from other dogs that came in for a sniff did get a snappy reaction from her but she was fine in generally walking past other dogs. Overnight she was totally fine with no whining or whimpering and slept through on her bed, also a clean room with no overnight accidents! Really such a sweet affectionate girl who was very well behaved, would fit straight into any family. “
