Another Home Run Hounds Success Story!

BULLET (BIONIC BULLET)

Read all about BULLET (BIONIC BULLET)'s successful rehoming below.

BULLET (BIONIC BULLET)'s story:

Happy Homing Bionic “Bullet” now known as “Bertie” Boo Boo
We picked Bertie up Lara our other grey had already chosen Bertie and was smitten with him on their first meeting at Lichfield.

Bertie got home and Lara was so please to see him and welcomed him into her family home. Since that day none of us have looked back. We adopted Bertie a week later (our Valentine boy)!!
Bertie is such an adoring character. He gives you the most amazing welcome when you arrive home and the biggest cuddles (constantly), he loves being rubbed and if you stop, he soon lets you know by nudging you with his feet or his snozzle! He has settled into our lifestyle perfectly and he loves to play with his toys, the louder the squeak the better. We have had no toilet accidents with him, he has a little cry if he wants to go or if you’re in the kitchen with him he taps the keys in the backdoor with his snozzle!

He eats well and isn’t fussy loves rabbit ears! We have to say he is the perfect companion for Lara, who recently lost her sister and was going down hill very quickly, she is now back to her normal self and full of life, thanks you Bertie! They both love a cuddle on the bed in the morning with us, not much room for mum and dad but it’s so enjoyable and rewarding!

Bertie has been out with our dog walker and various dogs of all different breeds and sizes. A little nervous with the little ones at first but now much better. He’s been to numerous cafes, pubs, parks and on lots of walks with us where we have been climatising him to his new world and little doggies. After 2 weeks he is much better with the little ones and there is no reaction!

Thank you to Helen M for suggesting Bertie to us as we were set on having another girl. You and the team are amazing, and we are forever grateful for you bringing Bertie into our life. Next chapter is we are looking forward to doing some volunteering.

Thank you again Andy and Tracey Johnson xxx
