Happy Homed Connie

When Julie came to kennels looking to find a hound to share her life with she was promptly chosen by quiet girl Connie.

Connie is now enjoying life living in the countryside with Julie and her two cats Stanely and Cleo.  Its taken Connie a little longer to settle as she is on the quiet side, but her personality is starting to shine through and she will truly blossom with the love and patience she is receiving from Julie.

She's getting to experience so many new things with Julie. She’s already visited her first National Trust property, Brockhampton Manor. She even took her first trip on Julie's canal boat, where she was brave enough to go for an impromptu swim! She then settled down for a snooze on her cushion after deciding she quite liked the boating life.

Connie is settling in well, making friends with the neighbours and happily resting on her bed. She's also discovered a love for homemade yogurt and loves watching the sheep and birds on her walks.
It sounds like Connie has found the perfect home with Julie.
