Happily Homed Ray

Kate was devastated when her beloved greyhound Bea died earlier this year and knew that the best way to honour Bea was to offer her home to a greyhound that needed to be out of kennels. What Kate didn’t realise when she agreed to foster Ray, one of our older greys, that she would open her heart too.

Ray went home with Kate and together they started a new partnership. Kate insisted that Ray was with her as a foster and nothing more. But as the weeks on foster turned into 2 months, Kate finally admitted that Ray had joined the failed foster club and he had found his happily ever after.

We know that Ray needed Kate as much as Kate needed Ray and his adoption was a very special day for everyone.

Thank you Bea for sending Ray into Kate’s life, we wish you a long and happy future filled with glorious beach walks and lots of snuggles
