Kestrel is a new boy in kennels so our weekend foster carers, Steph and Ade took him home to get to know him...and what a glowing report.
"Our fur friend this weekend has been beautiful kestrel. Kestrel is a very affectionate boy l
oves to put his head on your shoulder and really nuzzles in for his love. He's been playful at times and has the odd zoomie.
He's liked the sofa for relaxing over the dog bed.
Settled into the house pretty much straight away and no accidents in the house.
He will on occasion jump into the car and then other times he can't be bothered and needs a lift. He was so relaxed in the back of the car he didnt want to get out the other end of the journey.
He wasn't phased by household noises or traffic by the road.
He coped very well around Macarthur Glenn and leaned in for fuss from plenty of people who greeted him.
With his his food he is a good eater will sometimes graze atbhis food and other times he'll empty the bowl in one sitting. No food guarding noted. He is a big foodie so he will counter surf and try and investigate the bin!
On the lead he doesn't pull but cannot walk in a straight line he's all over the place expect to be tripped up on the regular.
