This gorgeous young girl has recently arrived at our kennels and is causing quite a stir with the volunteers, Oreo is utterly adorable.
Oreo has had a couple of visits off site, and she is slowly adjusting to all of the sights and sounds the outside world has to offer. She jumps into the car well and on her short trips she settled down. Initially, Oreo is cautious about her surroundings but once she has had time to check out where she is she soon settles and walks really well on the lead. On a recent visit to Sutton Park, after a cautious start, she was soon walking along, stopping to get all the sniffs in and generally enjoying being out. People passing did not phase her and any dogs that went past she was happy to walk by or stand and let them pass - Oreo showed no reaction at all, overall Oreo is proving that she is ready to move on to her forever home.
