Another Home Run Hounds Success Story!

Happily Homed Hound Ron (Foxwood Ron)

We have been waiting a long time to write this post! Ron was our longest stayer at Watford Gap, and now has officially left the kennels! 

He has found his forever home with Lauren—who decided that adopting this special boy was the perfect way to celebrate her birthday!

Now renamed Shadow, he is Lauren’s very first "own" dog. While he is a total gentleman at home—gentle, amazing, and a lover of sunbathing—he still gets a bit "shouty" when he sees other dogs on walks.

But Lauren isn't phased! They’ve already started training together, learning how to swap those barks for focus and praise. 

Shadow is already getting the hang of it, proving that even an old dog can learn new tricks when they're loved.
