Meet Hays: The Floor-Loving Explorer!
Hays is a fresh face at the kennels and has just embarked on a "foster week" adventure with volunteer Rachel and her resident hound, Ron. For a boy brand new to the domestic life, he is taking everything in his stride with a wagging tail and a curious nose.
The Lowdown on Hays
• Personality: A perfect "best of both worlds" hound. He is wonderfully laid back when it’s time to chill, but has a happy inquisitive side that makes him a joy to be around.
• Social Life: He’s a total social butterfly! He is already getting along famously with his foster brother Ron—the two are "totally fine" together.
• Confidence Levels: This boy doesn’t lack courage. He’s happy, friendly, and walked into a new home ready to explore every nook and cranny.
• The Sheep Situation: Let’s just say Hays is a fan of the countryside! He was "rather excited" to spot some sheep on his walk, doing a little hoppy dance
• Quirky Habits: Despite having comfy options, Hays hasn’t quite cracked the "how to use a dog bed" yet. You’ll currently find him peacefully snoozing on the floor—bless his heart!
