All About ZENA (ZOOS ZENA)
SAY HELLO TO ZENA (AGED 3)
Zena is a new arrival at our Watford Gap kennels and we’re still getting to know her, but her trainer describes her as a happy, confident girl who gets on well with other dogs and loves her food.
On her first outing from kennels she travelled beautifully in the car and took in all the sights and smells. She walked calmly, didn’t pull and listened attentively. She was a little unsure at first, especially with new environments and with men, but her signs of stress were mild and eased as the walk went on.
She’s naturally cautious with people and prefers to approach in her own time, but she’s gentle, observant and trying her best to understand this new world.
Zena isn’t quite ready to relax into affection yet, but that will come with patience, routine and a calm home that lets her decompress at her own pace. She’s a sweet girl with lots of potential.
