All About BELLA (BALLYMAC BELLA)

Meet Bella - currently in foster, looking for her forever home.
Three year old Bella has retired from racing as she’s a non chaser and incredibly shy. But don’t be fooled by this.
Bella is currently on foster with Kiwi, Cooper and Tinker as she was finding life overwhelming. She’s naturally reserved but has a big personality just waiting to shine.
Although she’s a non chaser, Bella is not cat workable. She has a high prey drive and gets excited if she spots a squirrel. She can be strong on the lead during these moments but the rest of the time she walks beautifully. She doesn’t like traffic so is being built up to road noise slowly. She’s shown no reaction to other dogs. Bella loves her walks and will walk on her own or with her new friends.
Bella is clean in the house, she does need encouragement to go outside but as long as you’re firm with her she will go out to wee.
She is a brilliant eater and cleans her dish every meal.
Bella sleeps all night downstairs and hasn’t yet attempted the stairs, the other dogs sleep upstairs and this hasn’t bothered her at all.
Although she’s in foster with 3 other greyhounds, Bella would happily live on her own in the right house or would live alongside another confident dog.
She’s been left for 3 hours without an issue, on her own and with the other dogs.
Bella needs a quiet home where she can settle, a slow introduction to life and lots of love.
She’s been in foster for 10 days and has made incredible progress from a worried girl sitting in the corner to a relaxed sleepy girl in a bed. Her garden zoomies are a pleasure to see.
