Remember that all of our greyhounds are NeuteredVaccinated Microchipped and ready to meet their loving new family. Could it be you?
Finn is more than ready to enjoy a well-earned retirement. If you're looking for a calm, affectionate companion who is happiest snoozing on a comfy bed rather than clocking up the miles, Finn could be the perfect match.
Finn has spent time in a foster home, where he settled in almost immediately. He walked straight into the house, found a cosy bed and made himself at home without any fuss. He's wonderfully relaxed indoors, enjoys plenty of affection, loves playing with his toys and is happy to snooze peacefully while you get on with your day. He's also polite around food and is content to relax in another room while you are eating.
Out and about, Finn walks nicely on the lead and generally travels well, although he does need a little help getting into the car. He enjoys gentle strolls at his own pace (on occasion he may decide he does not wish to walk at all!) and is far more interested in pottering around the garden or finding a comfortable place to relax than embarking on long walks.
Finn can be a little unpredictable around other breeds, particularly small breeds and will need some guidance to help him learn how to behave. Finn would love to be allowed to chase a squirrel or two (what Greyhound wouldn’t!) so we feel a home without small furries would be best.
Finn is an incredibly sweet boy with so much love to give. He would love a peaceful retirement where he can enjoy soft beds, gentle adventures, plenty of fuss and all the comforts of home. If your idea of the perfect companion is a laid-back dog who will happily spend most of the day relaxing by your side, Finn is ready to put his paws up with you.
