Paddy is a handsome, affectionate greyhound with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. He absolutely loves being out and about, especially if there’s plenty of attention, adventure, and snacks involved!
One thing everyone says about Paddy is what a joy he is to spend time with. He happily travels in the car, settles quickly, and loves exploring new places. Whether he’s enjoying a stroll around Hagley or stopping for sausage bobbing in the sunshine, Paddy throws himself enthusiastically into life. Busy indoor environments such as pubs, cafés, and shops can still feel a little overwhelming for him at times, and he’s happiest when given space, reassurance, and the chance to take things at his own pace.
He’s a real foodie and very people-focused, always happy to stop for fuss and cuddles from anyone willing to offer them. Behind his strength and excitement is a gentle, affectionate boy who simply wants to feel safe and included.
Paddy can still be strong on the lead and may react to some dogs when overstimulated, so he will need a confident owner who can continue guiding him. Encouragingly, he has also shown he can ignore barking dogs and walk calmly past others when supported well.
Paddy has been waiting patiently for his forever home, and we truly believe there’s someone out there who will adore his playful, loving nature just as much as we do.
