Another Home Run Hounds Success Story!

CAIN (LOGGIES CAIN)

CAIN (LOGGIES CAIN)'s story:

Holly Roberts and her partner Ryan contacted us after reading Cain’s profile on our website. They tragically lost their lurcher Graham to pancreatic cancer in 2022, but were reminded what amazing creatures sighthounds are when Holly’s parents adopted Home Run Hounds’ greyhound, Pam, recently. Cain seemed to have all the qualities they were looking for to fit in with their lifestyle and younger children. Cain went on a Foster2Adopt trial to see how he would fit in with family life. Holly says that after 4 days they were having the “He’s not going back!” conversations. He’s fit into home life seamlessly, like he’s always been there. Cain enjoys his meet and greets with Pam and waits patiently, while the children are visiting the park, and enjoys watching them play. His personality is shining through more and more each day and he enjoys playing with balls and his squeaky frog. Holly and Ryan decided they didn’t need the full 2 week period to make their mind up. He’s there to stay. We wish them all a fabulous Summer, as Cain continues to settle into his new routines.
