Cliff and Jackie turned up at kennels unexpectedly last weekend, after reminiscing and looking back over old photos of their rainbow bridge greyhounds Belle, Cassie and Ranch. They had decided that their homing days were over 12 months ago, when Ranch passed away, but a spur of the moment decision brought them back to Broadmarsh kennel gates.
They spent the afternoon with all the dogs and decided that Cheyenne would be the perfect fit for them. News that a new family member would be arriving home shortly caused a flurry of excitement on the family group chat. Many new name suggestions were put forward, but they decided on Peppa. Peppa left kennels to begin her new life just a few days later. We are thankful to Cliff and Jackie for offering a home to greyhound number four and know that she is in safe hands.
