Rosemary and Alan Goodwin are experienced greyhound owners, having homed 5 greyhounds already to date. This time they were searching for a good fit with their senior greyhound Sonny, as well as their resident cat Georgie. Eddie had already passed several cat tests and proved to be a great ambassadog at Crufts, but he still had to win Sonny’s seal of approval.
After successful introductions, Eddie headed back to Nottingham to begin a 2 week fostering trial. We weren’t surprised in the least to hear that he’d ticked all their boxes. Rosemary has nicknamed him ‘Goofy’ because of his antics and says, “He’s a total clown, but absolutely adorable.” Followed by the magic words, “We would love for him to stay!” What an absolute star you are Eddie. We hope you enjoy all the new collars, leads, coats and toys that your forever family have bought for you. It is clear that you are already dearly loved.
