Another Home Run Hounds Success Story!

After losing their 2 dogs in a short space of time, Megan and Josh were keen to find a new family dog so that their young son, Finn could experience his childhood growing up with a dog.

They came to kennels and met several dogs but didn’t quite get the feeling they were looking for, so decided to wait.

Youngster Frizell had been out on a foster and returned to kennels with a glowing report. Megan read his report and thought that he maybe the one. The trio returned to kennels to decide that they really liked Frizell and he certainly could be the one!

After an extended foster to adopt period so that Megan and Josh could be certain that Frizell was perfect to live with Finn, the decision was made to adopt him. Sporting a new name, Solero, ‘Sol’ is very much part of their family and has a lifetime of adventures ahead of him and Finn has a ready made bestie for his childhood.

They have already had a short holiday which Sol enjoyed very much.
