Did you know?
Greyhounds are the second fastest animals on earth. Only the cheetah is faster!
Happily Homed Johnny.
Simon and Amanda heard all about the joy of adopting a greyhound through friends after meeting their greyhound Doris, who was adopted from Home Run Hounds
After seeing what a joy they bring to the family, Simon and Amanda decided the time was right to consider adopting a hound of their own. After perusing the Home Run Hounds website they came across Johnny’s profile and they couldn’t shake the feeling that he would be the boy for them.
Simon came to the kennels and met Johnny and immediately fell in love with him, the next day Amanda visited with Simon and Johnny’s fate was sealed - Johnny did ensure they were not going to leave without signing the necessary paperwork with lots of leans and eye contact - Johnny decided they were his furever family.
Johnny has been officially adopted and has settled into life with his new pawrents with no drama whatsoever. He has taken over the sofa - inside and out, slept soundly in his bed, enjoyed zoomies in the garden and playing with his plethora of toys. Johnny has truly landed on his paws, thank you to Simon and Amanda for rehoming Johnny. We wish you all a wonderful life together.
Happy new home Johnny.
