Did you know?
Greyhounds are the second fastest animals on earth. Only the cheetah is faster!
Sarah & Jonathan Smithson recently lost their much-loved, 17-year-old Jack Russell Terrier. They were finding the house ever so quiet and decided the time was right to bring a new dog home. Having had many different breeds of dogs over the years, Jonathan suggested a greyhound. He’d had one many years ago, so they looked online and came across Nancy’s profile.
A viewing was set-up, supported by Mike & Julie Fellows, who have been fostering Nancy. The viewing went well and Nancy was reserved going straight to adoption a few days later. Sarah and Jonathan are very appreciative of the great work that Mike & Julie have done in helping Nancy adapt to home life.
They are both really thrilled to have Nancy in their lives and have a lot of love to give, plus lots of country walks on the doorstep. We wish Nancy all the best as she starts her new life with Sarah & Jonathan.
