Happy Homing Shay (Windgap Shaman)!

​Gorgeous, gentle giant Shay—now officially named Seamus—has found his forever home!

Seamus has been adopted by Ben and Bertie, joining their pack alongside their two dogs, Frodo and Emmie, and their resident cat.

Many of you might remember Seamus from West End Woofs, where he took the typical lazy, chilled-out greyhound reputation to absolute extreme levels by spending almost the entire event horizontally relaxed!

​That laid-back personality made the initial meeting with their feisty dog Frodo go much more smoothly than any of us expected, and since taking him home, his transition into home life has gone so well it took less than a week for Ben to come back to say they wanted to keep him.

​Ben shared a few updates from his first week:

* Breakfast in Bed: After settling in, Seamus quickly realised the perks of home life—including enjoying his first morning breakfast served straight to him in bed!

* Unfazed & Cool: Whether it was neighbourhood cats running past on walks or Frodo barking to test the waters, Seamus remained 100% unbothered and unfazed.

* Mastering New Skills: He has already mastered the stairs, walks like a total dream on the lead, and fits right in with everyone.

As Ben put it after his first few days: "We have decided you absolutely cannot have him back! So you can consider him adopted... He is an absolutely lovely addition to our family!"
