RAY (RAYS TIC TAC)'s story:
Julian, Maureen and greyhound Snudge were devastated after the loss of their greyhound boy, Jack. Snudge was not her usual happy self and they knew the only way to put a spring back in her step was to find her a new friend. The trio came to kennels open to meeting any suitable boys who Snudge would approve of. Julian and Maureen were under no illusion that they would choose, knowing Snudge would have the final say over their new family member.
However, there was a choice to be made as Snudge met 4 of our kennel boys and she approved of 2! It was left to the humans to have the tough decision and sweet boy Ray was the lucky hound to be chosen. Ray jumped in the car, excited to be going home, knowing that he was heading for a life of happy adventures.
Checking in with Julian after the first night, the debate was happening over a new name for Ray, as he is a ray of sunshine, his homed name is Sunny which just suits him perfectly and he has brought brightness into a sad household. Snudge loves her new brother and he has settled brilliantly.
