Another Home Run Hounds Success Story!

PENNY (PENNYS VEGA)'s story:

Penny's birthday wish for a forever family came true. Long time supporter and experienced greyhound owner, Diane (she has had 22!) tragically lost her girl Nellie recently. Although heartbreaking, she knows that there are always so many more waiting to be loved as a family pet. Diane, being the star that she is,  always looks to adopt those who are harder to home due to age, illness or disability.

She noticed Penny had been on our website for quite some time due to her age and being a bit of a nervous girl and thought she might be a good fit. Diane introduced her two other girls, Molly and Wendy to Penny which went well and off they went to start the foster2adopt period.

Diane didn't need long to realise that Penny fit right into the pack and enjoyed living the quiet life in the countryside enjoying her walks across the fields with her fur-sisters playing I-spy rabbits and other wildlife.

Thank you so much to Diane for giving Penny (and so many others) the life they deserve in her retirement.
